- Corporate Communications
Prepares and disseminates publicity content including newsletters, press releases, brochures, and reports to both internal and external audiences.
- Digital Engagement
Manages the University’s presence on digital platforms, including social media, website, and other online channels, to ensure timely and relevant communication.
- Stakeholder Communication
Facilitates open and consistent communication between the University and its various stakeholders, including students, staff, alumni, government agencies, and the public.
- Customer Service and Feedback
- Enhances customer satisfaction by efficiently handling inquiries, feedback, and suggestions.
- Oversees the resolution of complaints and ensures that information is accessible to stakeholders.
- Crisis Communication
Develops and implements strategies for effective communication during crises to protect the University’s reputation.
- Protocol Management
Oversees official protocol and ceremonial matters related to the Office of the Vice-Chancellor, ensuring decorum and adherence to institutional procedures.
