Clubs & Societies

Clubs and societies at Laikipia University, which are student-led groups, exist to promote growth and development by fostering creativity. They are established according to guidelines and must remain self-sustaining. Clubs organize activities throughout the semester, and a report is created at the end.

Clubs and societies provide students with opportunities to strengthen their relationships, test their ideas, and develop their organizational and communication skills. They also develop management and leadership abilities, which help broaden their horizons beyond academic life.

A Unifying Commitment of Faith

Societies unite individuals with a common commitment. To accomplish their objectives, both clubs and societies function by convening meetings as stated in their constitutions. This enables them to realize their goals, identify challenges, and plan for the future. The following recognized religious groups are active across campus:

Muslim Students Association Seventh-day Adventist Society Catholic Action Christian Union

* Note: The Christian Union includes all other denominations that hold similar beliefs.
