He received his PhD in Strategic Human Resource Management from South Africa and a Master degree in Strategic Management from MLS University, Rajasthan. His
undergraduate study was in Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resource Management), MLS University; Rajasthan .He has held various positions at the University since 2008. He has worked widely in student support; curriculum development, performance contract coordination, and has been a head of department from 2011 to 2014.He has also supervised several undergraduate and postgraduate students and is a key resource person in the department Prof. Isaac’s main areas of research are on strategic human resource management and human development .
