On Friday, 24th April 2026, Laikipia University hosted a distinguished team from the Commission for University Education (CUE), led by the Deputy Commissioner for Programmes Accreditation, Prof. Abanus Mutwiwa, for a follow-up verification exercise alongside KUCCPS validation.
The team was formally received by the Acting Vice Chancellor, Prof. Patience Mshenga, and the Deputy Vice Chancellor, Academic, Research and Student Affairs, Prof. John Kanjogu. Their presence reflected the University’s strong leadership commitment to maintaining high academic and institutional standards.
Also present were Deans of Schools, Chairpersons of Departments, and Programme Academic Leaders, all of whom actively participated in supporting the exercise. Their engagement demonstrated a collective institutional readiness and a shared responsibility in upholding quality assurance processes.
