Laikipia University successfully conducted the FY 2025/2026 Performance Contract Signing Ceremony, in line with the 22nd Cycle Performance Contracting Guidelines.
The ceremony brought together the University Management Team, Deans, Directors, Chairpersons of Departments, Performance Contract Champions, and Contract Owners, and was led by the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Kibett Rotich.
The event marked the formal execution of performance contracts between Performance Contract Owners and their respective line managers, reinforcing the University’s commitment to accountability, strategic alignment, and results-driven public service delivery.
The signing ceremony was organized by the Directorate of Planning and Performance Management, underscoring its central role in coordinating performance management processes across the University.
