Message from the Dean
It gives me great pleasure to welcome you all to the School of Business and Economics. We acknowledge that the global higher education sector has become increasingly competitive and dynamic. To keep abreast with these emerging trends, our school has continually improved the academic services offered to our clients. Our aim is to produce employable and competitive graduates who contribute towards valued transformation of the society.
In view of this, we undertake quality and practical teaching which is supported by academic advising and student mentorship. We remain committed towards regular curricula review and development based on market needs and industry requirements, enhancing our research output, and establishing vibrant linkages with industry.
The school has a pool of experts, qualified academic and support staff to offer services to our clients in line with the University’s vision and mission. As part of our mandate, the academic staff are also involved in consultancy work and outreach activities to disseminate the much needed expert knowledge for the benefit of the community and the society at large.
