Welcome to the Directorate of Examinations and Time-tabling of Laikipia University. We are tasked by the University with central logistics and quality assurance protocols within our examination ecosystems.
Our core operations encompass processing incoming draft evaluations directly from academic departments, executing secure typesetting and mass printing arrays for the End of Semester examination series, and coordinating the annual University External Moderation frameworks.

The Directorate systematically models the physical resource footprint of the university to guarantee academic stability. Our logistics pipeline handles:

To protect the absolute integrity of university evaluations, this Directorate operates as a restricted zone and does not interface directly with individual students.
Grievance Resolution Path: If you encounter systemic clashes in the timetable or lecture space overlaps, please document the issue with your Class Representative. They will alert your department's Chairman of Department (COD) or Examinations Officer, who will formally relay the data to our desk for immediate resolution.
Institutional Division of Labor
To ensure administrative clarity across student files, note that this Directorate does not handle or process student marks, does not set or originate raw exam papers, and does not store physical answer scripts post-evaluation. These tasks remain under the strict jurisdiction of your respective Departments and Schools.
