Currently, she serves as the Assistant Director of Human Resource Management and Development at the National Treasury and Planning, where she plays a vital role in shaping HR policies and overseeing strategic personnel functions. Before this position, Ms. Ngigi worked as a Human Resource Management Officer at the Ministry of Roads, acquiring valuable experience in workforce planning and organizational development.
Ms. Ngigi contributes her expertise to university governance as a member of the Council, serving on the Finance, Investment, and General Purposes Committee, the Audit, Governance, and Risk Management Committee, and the Human Resource Management Committee.
