Ms. Susan Ngigi

Alternate Director - PS, The National Treasury and Planning 

Ms. Susan Ngigi is a seasoned human resource professional with a strong background in public sector administration and management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kenyatta University and a Diploma in Business Management from the Kenya Institute of Management. 

Currently, she serves as an Assistant Director of Human Resource Management and Development at the National Treasury and Planning, where she plays a key role in shaping HR policies and overseeing strategic personnel functions. Prior to this role, Ms. Ngigi served as a Human Resource Management Officer at the Ministry of Roads, gaining valuable experience in workforce planning and organizational development. 

Ms. Ngigi contributes her expertise to university governance as a member of the Council, where she serves on the Finance, Investment and General Purposes Committee; the Audit, Governance and Risk Management Committee; and the Human Resource Management Committee. Her involvement in these committees ensures robust oversight and informed decision-making in financial, governance, and HR matters.
