Mr. Paul Kiplagat Bore is a seasoned professional with expertise in business development, operations management, and corporate governance, possessing a strong academic and practical background in technology and business administration. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Cavendish University in Zambia, a Master of Science in Appropriate Technology from Kenyatta University, and a Bachelor of Science in Technology from the University of Eastern Africa, Baraton.
Mr. Bore has held a wide range of leadership roles in both the private and public sectors across Kenya, Zambia, and the United States. His corporate experience includes serving as Transport Supervisor/Manager at Kenutco LLC in Fort Worth, Texas; General Manager at Family Distributors Limited in Lusaka, Zambia; and Sales and Marketing Director at Natural Valley Limited, also in Lusaka. He also served as Director of Marketing and Operations at Kobil Zambia Limited and as Business Development Manager at Kobil Petroleum Limited.
In addition, Mr. Bore has worked as Operations Manager at Mid-Oil Africa Limited, Retail Sales Supervisor, and Sales Representative at Kobil Petroleum Limited. His earlier work demonstrates his grounding in training and mentorship as a Lecturer at Rift Valley Technical Training Institute in Eldoret.
Mr. Bore currently serves as Chairman of the Audit, Governance, Compliance and Risk Management Committee of the Council and is a member of the Academic and Research Committee.
